Hanseat Schlauchtechnik is characterised not only by its large selection of hoses and fittings. Special customer requirements are also taken into consideration and realised.
For example, it is possible to personalise roll ware in any number of dimensions and have it printed with your own label. The type of hose or material has no specific significance in the process. There are hardly any limitations to the print options for hoses, may it be a company logo, lettering or symbols.
Even hose sizes and fittings that deviate from the standards can be procured and delivered just as easily. Nominal diameters from 150-200 mm and greater are available by special request.
The many years of experience and know-how of our employees make it possible to customise various fittings precisely to your specific requests or requirements.
In the areas of concrete pump hoses we produce crimped lengths among other parts, including kink protection spirals, which are connected with hose fittings by our technical staff. This prevents the hose ends from collapsing.
It is also possible to make other modifications, customised to your needs and specifications, on the fittings themselves, such as the addition of weld-on eyelets for easier hanging and better portability of the hoses.
